Ingredients

  • 1 cup shirataki macaroni noodles
  • .5 lb bacon
  • 1 cup mild cheddar
  • 1 cup Italian cheese
  • ½ block Philly cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • Ground pepper
  • Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Making the Bacon Cheese Sauce
  • Cut Bacon into 1” squares and fry in a large pan,
  • Add butter, Cream cheese, Italian and Cheddar Cheese
  • Add garlic powder and seasonings
  • Turn heat down when melted and let simmer
  • Prep the noodles
  • Wash and rinse noodles thoroughly and drain
  • In a large Hot pan with no oil, fry macaroni noodles until they start “screaming” – you will hear the odd sound change I promise.
  • Add noodles to cheese sauce and simmer 15min
  • Plate, garnish with parsley
