  • 4 fillet tilapia
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 stock celery
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 thai chili peppers


  • Cut tilapia fillets into 4ths
  • Cut celery into thin pieces
  • Crush or chop garlic cloves
  • Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in fry pan
  • Add tilapia
  • Add garlic
  • Add curry
  • Stir back and forth flipping fish, mixing ingredients
  • Add butter when pan starts to look dry 2 or 3 minutes
  • Stir back and forth flipping fish, mixing ingredients
  • Remove from heat
  • Let stand 5 min
  • Plate spinach, top with fish. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add thin slices thai peppers If you would like it spicy.
  • Drizzle 1 melted Tbsp Coconut oil, or MCT oil for added healthy fats
  • Enjoy!
